How to Subscribe to a Blog On Blogspot
1. Sign into Blogger. See that? Sign in. 
2. Under 'Reading List' click add.
3. Enter the URL of the blog you want to add.
4. Select whether to follow publicly or anonymously.
5. Click follow.
